Christopher Russell was a tow truck operator who was assisting a driver who had broken down on the highway and was standing behind the disabled vehicle when he was struck and killed by a hit and run driver. Towing companies from the region formed a procession behind the truck he drove which carried his remains to the cemetery where he was laid to rest.
